By accessing or using the Avenbayr AI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avenbayr AI Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Platform outputs are provided on an informational basis and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional judgement.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify platform features at any time for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

8. Termination
